Do I need Muay Thai experience?

No. Beginner classes are built so complete newcomers can join safely. The coach explains stance, movement and partner drills step by step.

What should I bring to my first class?

Comfortable sportswear, a towel and a bottle of water are enough. Gloves can usually be borrowed for the first session depending on availability.

Can I train without wanting to fight?

Yes. Most classes focus on technique, conditioning and healthy movement. Hard sparring is always separate and optional.
