Safety and respect

A good gym atmosphere is built on simple rules. We arrive on time, train clean, report injuries and keep sparring at the agreed intensity.

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
  • Use clean equipment and bring your own towel.
  • Tell the coach about pain or injuries.
  • Sparring is optional and always supervised.
